Key Responsibility Areas in Order of Importance

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring that all visuals meet the client's branding and marketing goals.
• Create high-quality designs for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
• Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce compelling visuals and revise based on feedback from clients and team members.
• Utilize video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or others to create engaging video content.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, remaining on-trend and tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align visuals with marketing strategies and stay updated on industry trends to keep designs competitive.
• Present design concepts to clients, explain creative rationales, and incorporate feedback into final products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Video Editor Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into cohesive content for various purposes such as promotional or educational videos.
• Add effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.
• Synchronize audio, incorporate background music, and edit sound effects for a polished output.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and high quality.

Additional Activities and Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Problem-solving skills and interest in tackling diverse challenges.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing setting.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other video editing software.
• Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Research skills or willingness to learn continuously.
• Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.
