The work

Our work spans the whole of the MENA region and beyond. We work on a broad variety of matters under both English and UAE law including:

• Lending: advising on a full range of banking transactions including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit, fund finance, rescheduling and restructuring, loan transfers, participations, and loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Working with banks, corporates, SWFs, private capital investors (including private credit providers), and other sponsors.

• Lawyers handle a wide variety of work, with partners actively ensuring a preferred mix of assignments for each lawyer.
• You will be responsible for managing transactions and working closely with clients, requiring excellent transaction management, organizational skills, and technical expertise.

Qualifications :

Your experience

• Having 4-6 years of post-qualified experience at a high-profile firm, especially in fund financings and corporate finance, is essential.
• You should possess first-class legal ability, a practical commercial approach, and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional academic results are expected throughout your educational history.
