• Generate and send detailed invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statements, fostering strong client relationships.
• Implement and maintain effective credit control measures to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow management.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on accounts receivable performance to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations related to accounts receivable.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal processes and systems for improved efficiency in accounts receivable operations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
• A minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, demonstrating practical knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring seamless integration with financial management systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
