- Assist Account Executives Sales Executives and Sales Managers with daily activities
- Master the B&S ERP system and attend regular training / refresher sessions
- Makesales / purchase orders in our internal system then processthe order
- Answerand screeninternal and external phone calls and emails from clients
- Maintainand updatesupplier / customer records
- Preparelogistics related documents I.e. invoices packing lists shipping documents
- Ensure all correct documentation is maintained in the system for customers
- Liaisewith other departments on administrative matters
- Keeptrack of the orders from submission to delivery >
- Completed a degree at a university college or higher-education level
- Enjoy taking a supportive role in a fast-growing commercial environment
- Have experience in working with Excel and you would like to develop your Excel skills
- Have a good command ofEnglish language in speaking and writing.
