Reach your full potential as a Sales Support admin
  • Assist Account Executives Sales Executives and Sales Managers with daily activities
  • Master the B&S ERP system and attend regular training / refresher sessions
  • Makesales / purchase orders in our internal system then processthe order
  • Answerand screeninternal and external phone calls and emails from clients
  • Maintainand updatesupplier / customer records
  • Preparelogistics related documents I.e. invoices packing lists shipping documents
  • Ensure all correct documentation is maintained in the system for customers
  • Liaisewith other departments on administrative matters
  • Keeptrack of the orders from submission to delivery

    Qualifications

    You:
    • Completed a degree at a university college or higher-education level
