Fiducia Adamantina Investment LLC is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Investment Manager to lead and oversee investment strategies across diverse asset classes. This is a senior-level, full-time remote position for a qualified professional capable of managing portfolios, identifying high-potential investment opportunities, mitigating risks, and aligning financial strategies with the firm’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep market insight, disciplined financial analysis, and proven decision-making capabilities to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive investment strategies tailored to the company’s financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of existing investments across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, private equity, and alternative investments.
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to support investment decisions.
• Identify new investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and present findings with clear recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with institutional partners, fund managers, analysts, and financial institutions to stay updated on market trends and developments.
• Provide regular performance reporting and investment commentary to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio rebalancing, risk assessments, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams on capital allocation planning, forecasting, and strategy execution.

Skills and Competencies :

• Strong understanding of global financial markets, asset allocation principles, and portfolio construction.
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling tools and platforms such as Bloomberg, Excel, and industry-standard investment analytics software.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or asset management.
• Demonstrated track record of successful investment decision-making and portfolio performance.
• Experience working in a remote environment with excellent self-management and accountability.
