Role Overview

Miral Experiences is seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Business Analyst – On-Site Revenue to support revenue optimization across all in-park revenue streams, including F&B, Retail, Zoological experiences, and other add-ons. This role involves developing forecasts, conducting pricing analyses, and delivering insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, data-savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Analytics & Forecasting

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance across all on-site streams
• Build forecasting models (e.g., revenue, per caps, capture rates, ATVs)
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership
• Conduct pricing sensitivity analyses and support revenue optimization strategies

2. Strategic Insight & Action Planning

• Translate data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to support decision-making
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue streams
• Quantify financial impact of initiatives and monitor performance

3. Research & Benchmarking

• Benchmark pricing, product mix, guest behavior, and commercial performance
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Use data-driven approaches to develop business cases

4. Communication & Reporting

• Present complex findings clearly to varied audiences
• Support executive presentations and performance reports
• Communicate insights that drive revenue strategy

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Desirable: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus

Experience

• Essential: Minimum 3 years in business analytics, FP&A, or commercial strategy
• Desirable: 4–5 years in consumer-focused sectors (hospitality, retail, leisure, tourism, or attractions)

Skills & Competencies

Essential

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL
• Experience with large datasets and actionable insights
• Pricing and financial analysis expertise
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without authority

Desirable

• Familiarity with theme park operations, retail/F&B systems, and guest behavior analytics
• Arabic language proficiency
