A diverse consulting firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to focus on implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple modules and a strong grasp of financial processes. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring financial systems, managing reporting tools, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. Strong analytical and communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials, optimize core finance processes, and deliver effective reporting and integrations.
Act as an Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant on Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support projects.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Configure and support core Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax.
Support and optimize end-to-end financial processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report2R).
Design and deliver financial reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Manage and support data migration activities using FBDI.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with hands‑on Oracle Fusion Financials exposure.
Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and standard business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
Experience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) and data migration tools (FBDI).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Based in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, or a country aligned with the Saudi Arabia time zone.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
