The Citigold Relationship Banker requires a good knowledge of the processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks, along with a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles of the role. You are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through your technical experience, guided by precedents.

1. Client Account Management
2. Review CitiGold (CG) customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with the customer to validate understanding of their needs.
3. Advise CG customers to enhance relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs.
4. Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CG customers for tailored product sales to increase penetration.
5. Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
6. Organize CG customer events to strengthen customer bonds.
7. Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads.
8. Compliance, Risk & Controls
9. Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
10. Fulfilling clients' needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
11. Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and escalating control issues transparently.

1. Previous relevant experience preferred.
2. Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally; ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Mandatory certifications required for selling financial products.
