An Outlet Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while training Team Members and working within budgeted guidelines.

What will I be doing?

As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. This role involves managing, training, and developing team members while working within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will:

• Manage restaurant operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the restaurant team
• Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently
• Work within budgeted guidelines related to food and payroll
• Drive sales to maximize revenue
• Develop menus with the Food and Beverage team
• Conduct monthly stock takes
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement
• Conduct communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes
• Maintain environmental awareness
• Assist other departments as necessary and foster good relationships
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
