A Bell Attendant is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Bell Attendant, your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieving and transporting guest luggage
  • Inspecting guest rooms and familiarizing guests with their features
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Organizing and storing luggage according to guidelines
  • Assisting in the maintenance and appearance of equipment
