Do you have a strong financial mind and a knack for navigating complex, multi-currency transactions?

Our client, a growing international company in Sharjah, specializing in the import/export of raw materials, spare parts, and machinery—with a focus on the printing & packaging sector—is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead their finance operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage and mentor a team of at least two accounting staff
• Ensure accuracy in multi-currency accounting, including realized and unrealized foreign exchange gains/losses
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• CPA, CFA, or CA qualified or equivalent
• Experience in accounting and finance, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing a team
• Proficient in handling transactions in multiple currencies and related accounting entries
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
