We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Senior Technician to join our Architecture Interiors studio in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our architectural projects from concept to completion ensuring technical accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

• Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings plans and specifications using CAD software
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other team members to develop and refine design solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and project requirements
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation including technical reports and presentations
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues during construction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Uses applications to scale and edit assignments involving computeraided design and other graphics software (e.g. AutoCAD/Revit/Rhino) to achieve set results and deadlines.
• Digitize or trace sketches/ concepts from designers to AutoCAD or Revit.
• Leads in preparing and producing drawings accurately at preliminary detailed design and tender stages and suggests improvements where necessary.
• Applies industry knowledge and technical expertise to complete moderately complex tasks independently seeking guidance for atypical assignments.
• Accountable for specific project components with an impact on the team other project teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyzes issues applies solutions within defined parameters and contributes to procedural improvements and new ideas.
• Collaborates with internal teams on routine and nonroutine matters while guiding less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture Architectural Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software particularly AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and sustainable design practices
• Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience working on projects in the UAE or Middle East region is preferred
• Relevant certifications in architectural software or building codes are a plus
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
