Zusammenfassung
A UAE-based firm is seeking a reliable Admin & HR In-Charge to oversee administrative and HR operations. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5 years of combined Admin and HR experience in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience handling PRO/visa matters.
Aufgaben
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain company documents.
