• Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
• Assist in employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends, laws, and regulations
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
