A leading HR solutions provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a call center environment. This role involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality team performance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, experience in managing teams, and the ability to implement effective training and retention strategies. To oversee the end-to-end Ops Excellence processes and ensure they are running smoothly and are in compliance with the client’s and the company’s policies and procedures.
To manage the team of HR Business Partners in the Call Center and ensure the high quality delivery within the SLA target time.
