Job summary

A leading industrial machinery company is looking for a Sales Director in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing product margins. A minimum of 12 years of sales experience in the Industrial Machinery sector is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.

  • Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
  • Identify potential risk-return opportunities.
Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE who have prior UAE/regional coverage experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of sales experiencewithin the Industrial Machinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
