Our client, a European MNC manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, is hiring for the position of Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.

Reporting To: Customer Service Manager

Purpose of Job: To ensure excellent customer service while maintaining quality assurance procedures. The role involves promptly and accurately handling all orders and enquiries, working towards departmental performance targets.

1. Customer Service:
2. Taking telephone orders and enquiries from internal and external customers.
3. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date price list for all orders/enquiries.
4. Entering direct sale and consignment stock orders and processing returns.
5. Preparing and issuing credit notes.
6. Updating sales order schedules and liaising with customers, account managers, and works personnel regarding delivery requirements.
7. Checking, resolving, and advising on order progress procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
