Job summary
A children's learning organization in Dubai is seeking a Class Leader for Baby/Toddler Activities. This full-time role involves leading classes for infants and toddlers, preparing lesson materials, and engaging with parents. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, a positive demeanor, and experience in childcare. Competitive salary offered between AED 5,000 and AED 7,000 monthly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles such as drama teacher, dance instructor, or former cabin crew may be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Leading classes for babies and toddlers.
- Preparing lessons and materials as per provided manuals.
- Organizing messy play workshops.
- Managing reservations and attendance records.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Participating in marketing activities.

Our company offers three programs supporting the learning and development of children:
- Child Sensory (for infants 0-13 months)
- Young Child Feeling (for toddlers)
- Mini Professors (science classes for children aged 3-5 years)
During these sessions, children are accompanied by parents or caregivers. Training and lesson plans (including activities, tools, and music) will be provided for each session. Additionally, the class leader will participate in messy play sessions and create engaging workshops.
The role includes:
- Leading classes for babies 0-13 months, toddlers 1-3 years, and/or science classes for children 3-5 years old
- Preparing lessons and materials as per provided manuals
- Organizing messy play workshops
- Managing reservations and attendance records
- Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints periodically
- Additional tasks such as email correspondence, social media posting, representing the company at events, and marketing activities (to be discussed individually)
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English (preferably native)
- Positive demeanor and communication skills
- Energetic and bubbly personality
- Previous experience in roles such as drama teacher, dance instructor, or former cabin crew may be advantageous
