Our client is a rapidly growing provider of SaaS and cloud solutions for the airline and travel industry. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, they are part of a prominent global travel group and work with a diverse, international team of over 140 professionals. The company specializes in modern airline retailing, utilizing the IATA New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard and holding certifications in ARM, One-Order, and IFG. They are dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient solutions for travel distribution.
- Over 6 years of experience working with full-stack web development environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Solid expertise in React and Node.js development.
- Strong skills in designing and optimizing databases, including MySQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with building RESTful APIs and working with HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Understanding of NDC APIs, including Offer and Order processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Experience with microservices and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, or additional Node.js frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Git or other Source Control Management Systems.
- Background in working with large-scale, complex systems.
- Knowledge of Datadog and CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.
- Experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
