The Foreman – Electrical is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of electrical installation and maintenance teams, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with engineering specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. This includes overseeing power distribution systems, control panels, wiring, and instrumentation work. The role involves planning and assigning crew tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring correct use of tools and materials to achieve quality and productivity goals. The Foreman conducts safety briefings, enforces adherence to health and safety regulations, and serves as the key liaison between electricians, project engineers, and management. They review electrical drawings and schematics, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on guidance to resolve challenges quickly. Additionally, the Foreman ensures all installations meet project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
