Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment safety.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete service reports.
