Job summary
A leading restaurant management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations, maintain high customer service standards, and develop the restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure effective management of guest queries, work within budget guidelines, and drive sales to maximize revenue. Responsibilities also include conducting evaluations for guest satisfaction and creating innovative programs to enhance patronage. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the restaurant team
- Manage guest queries in a timely manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines for food and payroll
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
- Develop menus with F&B team members
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales
- Set departmental targets, work schedules, and budgets
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement
- Conduct communication meetings and generate minutes
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments and maintain good relationships
- Supervise day-to-day activities in food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative programs to drive revenue

- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post‑meeting minutes generated
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
