A leading fitness brand in Dubai is seeking a Head Coach to lead and manage a team of coaches, drive training sessions, and enhance member engagement through effective leadership and social media initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, and specific fitness certifications. The salary ranges from AED 10,000 to AED 13,000 monthly, along with various benefits including relocation assistance.
Location: Jumeirah Islands Pavilion
Purpose of the Role
The Head Coach leads the team of Coaches and sets the tone and expectation for the team. They must be physically active and have a desire to support addition to training and supporting the Coaches they must have excellent interpersonal / customer management skills to easily engage and interact with Members & Guests. An ability to identify sales opportunities from Member or Guest feedback is also expected for the role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full day) Saturday (half day)
Uncovering new ways to achieve objectives; emphasis on the process to get the same or better results.
Working closely as a team including customers employees stakeholders and external partners to achieve maximum growth.
Acting fairly transparently honestly and consistently.
Get fit for all. Identify and break down barriers that inhibit operational or physical accessibility.
