Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a regulated Forex company.
• Strong understanding of Conversion & Retention cycles, client objections, and lifecycle.
• Ability to analyse performance data and create targeted training solutions.

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for teams.
• Conduct onboarding training covering product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor team performance and identify skill gaps.
• Support the development of advanced retention strategies.
