Field Technician jobs in United Arab Emirates

Kitchen Technicians within our technical team oversee a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• Knowledge of repairing and maintaining kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.
• Carrying out installation of new equipment and replacing defective parts.
• Experience in soldering and brazing skills for refrigeration maintenance works and installation of compressors.
• Ability to optimize PPM operations to avoid downtime.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 5 years or more. To succeed as a Kitchen Technician, you should be fluent and confident in carrying out maintenance and repair functions, diagnosing issues, and taking corrective actions. You should have solid experience, a sound understanding of your trade, and the ability to work independently. The role requires methodically following through with tasks while delivering high-quality service to hotel guests and colleagues.
