The Clinic is seeking a DHA‑licensed General Practitioner (GP) with a strong foundation in diagnostic screenings, functional medicine and preventive care. This role is central to delivering personalized holistic and evidence‑based medical care with an emphasis on early detection, lifestyle optimization and long‑term health outcomes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across disciplines to treat chronic diseases, support regenerative health strategies and empower patients through education and participation in their care journey.

1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Care
   • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify early risk factors and establish health baselines.
   • Develop individualized preventive care plans integrating lifestyle, nutrition and wellness protocols.
   • Apply evidence‑based approaches to promote disease prevention and optimize long‑term health.
   • Collaborate with the clinical team to proactively manage early signs of chronic illness.
2. Functional & Regenerative Medicine Integration
   • Apply functional medicine principles to identify and address root causes of disease.
   • Recommend and supervise regenerative therapies tailored to patient profiles.
   • Collaborate with internal and external specialists to ensure cohesive multidisciplinary care.
3. Chronic Disease Management
   • Diagnose, manage and treat chronic conditions with a personalized holistic approach.
   • Design treatment plans that integrate clinical medicine, functional therapies and regenerative modalities.
   • Provide long‑term care strategies that focus on enhancing quality of life and slowing disease progression.
4. Patient Education & Lifestyle Optimization
   • Guide patients in adopting preventive health strategies including a balanced diet, stress management, good sleep hygiene and regular physical activity.
   • Facilitate shared decision‑making by presenting evidence‑based treatment options and care pathways that are informed by the best available evidence.
   • Promote health literacy through one‑on‑one counseling, group workshops and digital resources.
5. Compliance, Ethics & Clinical Excellence
   • Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and ethical medical practices.
   • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
   • Stay current with CME requirements and developments in functional, regenerative and lifestyle medicine.
6. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Approach
   • Work closely with other practitioners and wellness providers.
   • Participate in clinical case reviews and contribute to the development of protocols and best practices.
   • Support team learning through mentorship and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

• Medical Degree (MD or MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• DHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible as a General Practitioner in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Strong clinical acumen in diagnostics, patient education and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and familiarity with AI‑enhanced diagnostics are a plus.
