Responsibilities
- Prepareaccurateanddetailedarchitectural,structural,andMEPdrawingsusingAutoCADandRevit.
- AssistinthedevelopmentofdesignpresentationsandconceptualdrawingsusingPhotoshop,InDesign,SketchUp,andLumion.
- Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,andotherconsultantstoensureaccuracyandcomplianceindesignanddocumentation.
- Translateconceptualsketchesanddesignsintotechnicaldrawingsasperprojectspecifications.
- EnsurethatalldrawingscomplywithDubaiMunicipality(DM)andotherlocalauthorities’standards.
- Supportprojectteamsduringdesigndevelopmentandconstructiondocumentationphases.
- Modifyandrevisedrawingsbasedonfeedbackfromarchitects,engineers,andregulatoryauthorities.
- Maintainorganizedprojectfilesanddrawingregisters.
- Minimum5yearsofrelevantexperienceinanengineeringconsultancyenvironmentintheUAE.
- ProficiencyinAutoCAD,Revit,Photoshop,InDesign,SketchUp,andLumion.
- StrongknowledgeofUAEbuildingcodes,constructiondetailing,andmaterials.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
- GoodcommunicationskillsinEnglish;knowledgeofArabicisaplus.
- Diplomaorbachelor's degree in architecture,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
- PreviousexperienceworkingwithDubaiMunicipalitysubmissionsandapprovals.
- KnowledgeofBIMworkflowisanaddedadvantage.
