• AssistinthedevelopmentofdesignpresentationsandconceptualdrawingsusingPhotoshop,InDesign,SketchUp,andLumion.
• Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,andotherconsultantstoensureaccuracyandcomplianceindesignanddocumentation.
• Translateconceptualsketchesanddesignsintotechnicaldrawingsasperprojectspecifications.
• EnsurethatalldrawingscomplywithDubaiMunicipality(DM)andotherlocalauthorities’standards.
• Supportprojectteamsduringdesigndevelopmentandconstructiondocumentationphases.
• Modifyandrevisedrawingsbasedonfeedbackfromarchitects,engineers,andregulatoryauthorities.
• Maintainorganizedprojectfilesanddrawingregisters.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum5yearsofrelevantexperienceinanengineeringconsultancyenvironmentintheUAE.
• ProficiencyinAutoCAD,Revit,Photoshop,InDesign,SketchUp,andLumion.
• StrongknowledgeofUAEbuildingcodes,constructiondetailing,andmaterials.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
• Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
• GoodcommunicationskillsinEnglish;knowledgeofArabicisaplus.
