Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an office-based MEP Draughtsman you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing MEP systems for various construction projects ensuring optimal performance energy efficiency and compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Develop comprehensive MEP designs for commercial and residential buildings using advanced software tools
• Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs
• Perform load calculations and equipment sizing for HVAC electrical and plumbing systems
• Create detailed drawings specifications and technical reports for MEP installations
• Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors and vendors
• Provide technical support during construction phases including site visits and inspections
• Troubleshoot MEP-related issues and propose effective solutions
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in MEP engineering
