A leading hospitality group in Dubai seeks a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy and management across multiple properties. In this role, you will lead pricing, distribution, and forecasting initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality and demonstrates strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for leading revenue strategy and management across both Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai, ensuring optimal occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). This role oversees pricing, distribution, forecasting, and data-driven strategies across the cluster, working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
