Job summary

A multinational retail company seeks an Online Coordinator to manage their online development and oversee omni-channel processes in Dubai. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of operational experience. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, ensuring timely action of online processes, and assisting with online training. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and should demonstrate strong customer focus and results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the master project plan for online development.

  • Assist in implementation of all related online projects.
  • Help design and assess Online training in coordination with Talent Development.
  • Support with online inquiries, processes, concerns or errors.
  • Generate reports covering challenges, errors, and customer feedback.
  • Develop weekly feedback on online sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Look after and maintain the master project plan for the online development and oversee the Omni channel process in his/her country
  • Follow up and ensure all online processes are actioned on timely manner
  • Assist in the implementation of all related online projects related to the country
  • Help in the design and assessment of Online trainings and all related projects in coordination with the Talent Development team
  • Support with all country’s online inquiries, processes, concerns or errors that may occur
  • Generate periodical reports covering any challenges, errors, customer feedback when needed
  • Develop and create weekly feedback about the online sales performance
