• Prepare lesson materials
• Book transportation for fixtures and confirm logistics
• Organise refreshments for sports events
• Maintain PE noticeboards and manage lost property
• Handle correspondence via email and phone
• Communicate with parents and schools about fixtures
• Attend meetings and record minutes
• Coordinate with Facilities and Operations teams
• Update SOCS with fixture details and scores
• Produce reports on participation and performance
• Support school communications and marketing efforts

• Set up and clear sports equipment
• Maintain PE stores and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and laundry of sports kits
• Order and manage stock levels
• Ensure safety and proper storage of resources

• Assist in planning and executing sports events and tournaments
• Support venue bookings and setup
• Promote safety, confidentiality, and equal opportunities
• Respond to student needs and foster sportsmanship
• Assist in lessons, trips, and campus events

• Minimum: Experience in administration or similar role
• Preferred: School environment or sports administration experience

• Effective communication and organization
• Advanced Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and discretion
• Ability to motivate and relate to staff and students
• Flexibility and interest in sports and fitness

• Fluent in written and spoken English
