A leading IT services company in Dubai is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance IT service delivery processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing the ICT environment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing service delivery, vendor negotiations, and maintaining system integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and relevant IT certifications like ITIL and Cisco.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing the ICT environment.
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and network technologies are recommended.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Advise on IT procedures and operations.
- Drive customer escalations for reactive support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Fix hardware and software problems.
- Monitor vendor SLAs.
