OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

VIP Arrival Preparation:

  • Coordinate and prepare for VIP arrivals for both the current day and the following day ensuring all guest preferences are noted and rooms are assigned appropriately.

Amenity Management:

  • Control Rooms Division amenities ensuring they are placed in rooms prior to guests arrival and tracking consumption to manage costs effectively.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain strong communication with various departments such as Housekeeping Engineering and InRoom Dining (IRD) to ensure timely delivery of amenities and resolve any issues regarding VIP rooms.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Compile informative documents for hotel management regarding VIP guests scheduled for arrival providing essential details and preferences to enhance their experience.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Utilize Opera system efficiently for tasks such as updating prearrival communication information managing traces and maintaining guest profiles accurately. Additionally handle additional projects and duties assigned by leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the department and meet deadlines.
