The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to deliver seamless and exceptional hospitality experiences for VIPs suite guests and long-staying patrons.
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm personalized welcome.
Escort guests to their rooms or suites and provide orientation of in-room facilities.
Handle guest preferences and requests promptly including dining arrangements transport laundry and special amenities.
Coordinate with housekeeping room service concierge and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage guest luggage unpacking/packing assistance and wardrobe organization if required.
Prepare and serve in-room dining beverages or turndown amenities.
Maintain records of guest preferences allergies and special requests for future stays.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure all rooms suites and VIP areas meet hotel standards before guest check-in.
Provide wake-up calls travel arrangements and itinerary assistance when needed.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints gracefully.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
15 years of experience in a luxury hotel or cruise line preferably in guest relations or butler service.
Training or certification in butler or valet service is an asset.
