Job summary
A technology solutions provider in the UAE is seeking a Murex Integration Senior Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of Murex interfaces. The role requires over 10 years of experience with Murex MxMLExchange and solid abilities in Shell scripting and SQL programming. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide production support within project timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience on Mx3.1 MxMLExchange & Market Data.
- In-depth knowledge of Murex MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch and Live modules.
- Strong experience with interfaces to trading platforms and market data providers.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
- Propose solution designs in line with Client's guidelines.
- Provide efficient production support.

The Murex Integration Senior Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interfaces, which includes requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Minimum 10 years of experience on Mx3.1 MxMLExchange & Market Data.
- In-depth knowledge of Murex MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch and Live modules, and Murex Data Model.
- Strong experience with interfaces (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IHS Markit, etc.) to trading platforms and market data providers.
- Strong Shell scripting capabilities.
- Good SQL programming skills.
- Solid understanding of the overall Murex system.
- Knowledge and understanding of Control-M.
- Strong ability to suggest improvements in existing solutions.
- Product knowledge across FX, IRD, FI, EQD, CRD, MM, and COM.
- Knowledge of Cloud environments.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
- Propose solution designs in line with Client's guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong ability to implement complex solutions.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Navigate efficiently through the IT Delivery Process.
- Work effectively as a team player.
- Build and maintain networks with other teams and third-party vendors.
- Provide efficient production support.
