We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing a wide range of smartphones and tablets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets
- Replace or repair faulty components (screens, batteries, motherboards, etc.)
- Perform software updates, flashing, and unlocking services
- Maintain proper records of repairs and inventory of spare parts
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support when required
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner
