We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesman to join our team at our Jabal-Ali location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities for sales growth. The ideal applicant should be an excellent communicator, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner; responding to inquiries from customers; providing advice on product features and benefits; processing customer orders; handling customer complaints in a timely fashion; and tracking customer orders. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications: Previous experience working in sales or a related field; knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems; strong organizational skills; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite; problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
