Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the training of all employees in compliance with company procedures.
2. Assist the Head Chef in supervising the restaurant, ensuring the preparation and presentation of all food items adhere to the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
3. Monitor the quality of ingredients; assist in purchasing and receiving food supplies; ensure proper storage and rotation of raw materials.
4. Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
5. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
6. Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous work experience in similar hotel positions is preferred.
