As a Housekeeping Attendant, you showcase the property from the moment guests arrive, ensuring they stay in a safe, clean environment. You are responsible for making the hotel shine and sparkle, ensuring all public surfaces and areas are at their best, and reporting any issues you find. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensure that office spaces are safe and clean for all colleagues. This important role requires excellent customer service skills, cleaning skills, attention to detail, and a genuine care about your work.

What will I be doing?

• Deliver the best quality guest room cleaning services and ensure every guest feels relaxed and able to enjoy their stay
• Clean corridors and public areas around assigned guest rooms
• Follow Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area
• Report safety hazards and violations
• Report maintenance or repair issues
• Report any lost items from guest rooms
• Ensure linen is in good condition and placed according to brand standards
• Maintain the appearance of the trolley and pantry area, keeping them clean and tidy at all times

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Experience:

Ideally 1 year of experience within the hotel industry
