Assist in cleaning the pool area by washing, mopping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck. Create a fun and relaxing environment for guests participating in recreational activities by maintaining an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Monitor activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies according to local operating procedures. Promote the rules and regulations of the facility. Be attentive to situations where guests may not be able to participate safely and notify a supervisor or manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Handle towels by folding and stacking them according to company procedures.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications as required. Follow company policies and ensure a professional appearance and confidentiality. Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and show genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build positive working relationships. Meet quality assurance standards. Verify information visually, inspect tools and equipment for defects, and use computers or point of sale systems to enter and retrieve work-related information. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate over various surfaces, stairs, and ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
