Job description

We are seeking an experienced and handson Civil Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction project you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Oversee and coordinate daytoday construction activities on site focusing on civil and structural works
• Allocate resources effectively including manpower materials and equipment to meet project requirements
• Ensure construction work adheres to approved drawings specifications and method statements
• Monitor productivity progress and quality of work taking corrective actions when necessary
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations company policies and local building codes
• Communicate effectively with engineers site supervisors subcontractors and workers
• Maintain accurate daily site reports work diaries and labor attendance records
• Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew
• Identify and report site issues or risks promptly to site engineers or project managers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in civil Infrastructure construction with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Strong understanding of formwork rebar concreting earthworks and bridge erection techniques
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality and local construction site requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
• Solid knowledge of construction health and safety standards
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
