Executive Chef

We are searching for an Executive Chef who is imaginative and knowledgeable about all elements of cooking for our NEWEST YVORA DINING ESTABLISHMENT. The Executive Chef will supervise and manage our kitchen staff, maintain a positive relationship with team members, and optimize staff efficiency. The ideal candidates should be innovative and service-oriented.

  1. Organize and manage culinary and cooking tasks.
  2. Customize menus or develop new ones that meet high standards.
  3. Gather feedback on food quality and address issues and concerns.
  4. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure dishes are plated to perfection.
  5. Follow nutrition, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
  6. Perform administrative duties such as making purchase orders and inventory management for food and equipment.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and customers.

Job Details:

  • Salary: From AED 5,000.00 per month
  • Location: Dubai (must reliably commute or plan to transfer before starting)
