About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager for Business Development to spearhead our market expansion and partnership efforts. This role is central to defining and implementing go-to-market strategies, developing a robust commercial pipeline, and establishing strong industry relationships to propel Nabat’s growth and influence in the sector.

What You'll Do:

1. End-to-End Business Development Cycle Management: Lead the entire business development cycle from market identification through to deal closing and post-sales care. Ensure effective account management practices are in place to facilitate seamless cross-selling and upselling, driving customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
2. Market Intelligence: Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends, supply, and demand dynamics to keep Nabat at the forefront of the sector.
3. Customer Engagement: Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to capture evolving industry needs and trends, ensuring our solutions remain highly relevant and impactful.
4. Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies. Identify and penetrate new markets to expand Nabat’s footprint, aligning with overall business objectives.
5. Pricing Strategy: Develop and refine pricing models to optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
6. Commercial Pipeline Development: Systematically build and manage a commercial pipeline that ensures sustained growth. Initiate and nurture leads, converting them into long-lasting partnerships.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and empower the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
8. Partnership Development: Drive the formation and management of go-to-market and channel partnerships. Build and maintain strategic relationships that enhance business value and market presence.

What You’ll Bring:

1. 10+ years of experience in business development or related roles within the technology, agri-tech, or climate tech sectors.
2. Strong capability in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of successful market expansion and team leadership.
3. Experience in setting up operational frameworks that enhance business efficiency and alignment across functions.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to distill complex information into actionable strategies.
6. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
