Job summary

Job description

The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the Groups growth strategy primarily through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other inorganic initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting market and industry research building financial models performing valuation analyses preparing Investment Committee papers and supporting transaction execution across various sectors and geographies.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Groups portfolio companies growth strategies and industry dynamics.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new investment and M&A opportunities across sectors and geographies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis including market research financial modeling and valuation of potential targets.
  • Assist in building investment theses and prioritizing strategic initiatives for M&A and investments.
  • Prepare high-quality investment papers and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee discussions.
  • Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution including due diligence coordination and timeline management.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating transaction documents such as Non-Binding Offers and Share Purchase Agreements.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to support bolt-on acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful execution and alignment with Group strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Finance Economics or Engineering;MBA and/or post-grad qualifications in finance and strategy is desired
  • 5 years in M&A corporate finance corporate development investment banking or PE funds
