Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead presales and business development. This role is based in our Dubai office and will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving growth through strategic client engagements.
The ideal candidate has a strong network in the Middle East, a background in system integration, and is experienced in dealing with large enterprise clients across sectors (e.g., finance, government, retail, healthcare, logistics).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and drive new business opportunities across large enterprise clients in the region.
Leverage existing relationships to generate leads and close new business in managed services.
Design and present tailored IT Managed Service solutions (e.g., IT infrastructure, cloud services, end-user support, SOC/NOC).
Create high-impact proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
Support the sales cycle with technical presentations, client workshops, and solution walk-throughs.
Perform competitive and market analysis to shape strategy and improve positioning.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to support long-term business objectives.
Act as a bridge between the client, sales, and technical delivery teams.
Required Qualifications:
812 years of experience in IT Presales / Business Development with large enterprise clients.
Strong track record working with System Integrators (e.g., Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.).
Proven experience in designing or selling IT Managed Services offerings.
Arabic Native fluency, with strong command of English (French is an added bonus).
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user support domains.
Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and sales enablement.
Desirable Skills:
Deep client network across industries in the Middle East (UAE/KSA/Qatar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in an evolving setup.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks, SLAs, and MSA/SOWs.
Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams.
