Foreman - Civil (Bridge Experience)
Job summary
A leading construction firm is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations for a bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in bridge projects within the UAE. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading the labor team effectively. This full-time position does not offer remote work options.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction.
- At least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques.
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA site requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved specifications.
- Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations for a bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural works with a proven ability to lead labor teams coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with quality safety and schedule standards.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site particularly related to bridge substructure and superstructure works (e.g. foundations piers girders decking and concrete works).
Allocate resources including manpower materials and equipment to meet project requirements.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and method statements.
Monitor productivity progress and quality of work; take corrective actions where necessary.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies among the workforce.
Communicate effectively with engineers site supervisors subcontractors and workers.
Maintain daily site reports work diaries and labor attendance records.
Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew.
Identify site issues or risks and report them to site engineers or project managers promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times.
Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification.
Minimum 57 years of experience in civil construction with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Strong understanding of formwork rebar concreting earthworks and bridge erection techniques.
Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA construction site requirements.
Excellent leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
Basic knowledge of construction health and safety standards.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
