Job description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations for a bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural works with a proven ability to lead labor teams coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with quality safety and schedule standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site particularly related to bridge substructure and superstructure works (e.g. foundations piers girders decking and concrete works).

• Allocate resources including manpower materials and equipment to meet project requirements.

• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and method statements.

• Monitor productivity progress and quality of work; take corrective actions where necessary.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies among the workforce.

• Communicate effectively with engineers site supervisors subcontractors and workers.

• Maintain daily site reports work diaries and labor attendance records.

• Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew.

• Identify site issues or risks and report them to site engineers or project managers promptly.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification.

• Minimum 57 years of experience in civil construction with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of formwork rebar concreting earthworks and bridge erection techniques.

• Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA construction site requirements.

• Excellent leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.

• Basic knowledge of construction health and safety standards.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
