• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical workers on site.
• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications for workers to execute correctly.
• Estimate and plan material, labor, and time requirements for project completion.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to on site.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports for management review.
• Conduct regular team meetings to update project status and address any issues.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for team development.
• Collaborate with other construction managers and trades for project synergy.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of electrical equipment and tools.
• Resolve any site conflicts and issues efficiently to avoid project disruptions.
• Review blueprints and technical documents to plan forthcoming project phases.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Valid electrical license or certification in accordance with governmental regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills required for success.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Must be able to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
